I must admit to an initial prejudice, I dislike chain restaurants as a rule, the more fashion conscious of them in particular, this place is a fasionisto statement beyond most. The concept is good, a noodle bar serving in a Japanese style but lacks the commitment to carry it through, instead of an intense experience and push through you're left with lackadaisical staff and a meander at the end of the food. Get those customers out, fill those seats, be rude, that is what is required here. Food was value for money let down by a lack of balls
