One of the more ‘out of the way’ venues, but enjoyable none the less. Situated in Bankfoot, this pub-based restaurant is easily reached by Metro, followed by a short stroll. It was a pleasant place, with a farmhouse feel. The main courses were not bad, and there were a number of specials on offer. The service wasn’t anything special, and we did have touch of grumpiness. Twin Farms is definitely a contender for the “Best Desert” award, as my chocolate ‘Nemesis’ was absolutely splendid, although it felt like I had eaten a bowling ball. Definitely worth the brief journey.
