Italian Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom
Darkness descended upon West Jesmond, the rumbling metro indistinguishable from the wanton belly’s of the shindig gathered in the Lonsdale, one thing was for sure, t’was February 5th and this was EC 24! Service was acceptable. Starters arrived and were devoured with gusto. Main courses scrumptious & pints of lager flowed like wine! Décor was synonymous of an archetypal Italian - dark and atmospheric and the music reminded me of home! Price was excellent (11 quid), back to the Lonsdale after rendezvous with Scotsman. A solid performance by the Jesmond waps – no sign of beagle man though?
