It's odd but it seems that Italian restaurants are like busses on Zanzibar; well not like Zanzibari busses if you follow me - they're your basic death-trap but rather that you wait ages for one and then 2 turn. A stone's throw from Amore Mio and with, if anything, a better view of the sea; La Fenice has two things to recommend to the hungry Brit abroad: 1] They sell Stella - not some fake mind you, but the real McCoy and 2] They make the best Pizza I have ever eaten. Anywhere. 12,000 for a Boscaiola - tell 'em Vinny sent ya.
