Popped in last night. Chef Sam clearly knows his onions, or seafood. I forget which. Either way his Bang Bang Chicken Salad was a delight, and his seafood soup has to be tasted to be believed. Throw in two beers and you wrap up for about 15,000 Shillings. Or 7 quid in real money. Brilliant. Now if only I wasn't the only EC member in Tanzania the visits would be so much more fun. I'll have to try and start fishing in tourists that don't know any better! But be warned, the service is Pole Pole (slowly slowly).
